We kick things off with a complimentary Discovery Call to understand the goals for your space. From there, we book an in-person consultation to map out a personalized plan, provide a clear quote, and schedule your session. Then we roll up our sleeves + get to work!

Organization

Our goal is to make your life easier through simple + intentional organization solutions that are easy to use and maintain. Our organization services are completely customizable to any space. No project is too big or too small!

  • Discover: We start by getting to know you — how you live, what matters most and where the chaos tends to creep in. From there, we create a tailored organization plan designed to make your space function efficiently using systems that align with your lifestyle, habits, and household flow.

  • Edit: Next we start with a clean slate by removing every item in the space we’re organizing. We clear out every item from the space and sort them into categories, so you can see exactly what you have. Together, we’ll decide what to keep, donate, and sell.

  • Plan + Implement: Now that we know the items we need to organize we can implement systems that allow you to access your items with ease so that you utilize what you have.

  • Maintenance: Spaces evolve, and so do your needs! That’s why we offer ongoing Refresh Services to help you keep things running smoothly. Whether it’s a seasonal reset, updated containers, or a simple label refresh, we’ll keep your space working hard so you don’t have to.

After your initial consultation, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your space, goals and the size of the project.

Moving Concierge

Moving doesn’t have to be chaos. Imagine stepping into your new space with everything already unpacked, organized, and ready to go. No more piles of boxes or scattered belongings — just a fresh start with systems in place to help you settle in with ease.

With our Moving Concierge service, we handle it all, from editing and packing to unpacking and setting up intuitive organizational systems that’ll keep your new home running smoothly. We’ll transform the overwhelming process of moving into a seamless, stress-free experience, so you can hit the ground running in your new space.

Refresh

Don't just get organized, stay organized. After we've given your space a clean slate with our organization service, we can help maintain order with a refresh. This includes updating labels + containers, editing, re-folding, and making any adjustments to systems we've previously implemented. This service can be booked on a recurring basis whether it's weekly, monthly or quarterly.

Packages start at: $240

  • Every project is different and it depends on the scope of work. On average, projects range from 8 to 20 hours.

  • Costs vary with the size of the space(s) and amount of items. Book a free consult with us and we’ll build a quote with no strings attached!

    Hot tip: One way to save is to edit on your own, but we can walk you through that process!

  • We curate products to match the aesthetic of your space as well as functionality. We strive to choose quality products that are sustainable and environmentally friendly to be mindful of our consumption impact.

    It's important to us that we also source products that are within your budget and if you already have products that we can utilize, we will!

  • Most commonly we organize kitchens, pantries, closets, garages, and office spaces but as far as we're concerned, no space is off-limits.

  • We currently service the Sea to Sky corridor; anywhere from Vancouver through Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. Travel fees may apply.
